1	1 Blan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前しまっておいたジャンパーにカビがついたので、失礼じゃなければこんなものでも洗ってもらえるのか持っていったら、当方の話も聞かず、のっけからクレーマー扱いされ、非常にやな思いをした。客の話も聞かない最低の店頭対応だった。 The jumper I had stored before had mold on it, so if I brought it with me if I could wash something like this if it wasn't rude, I wouldn't even listen to my story and I was treated as a Kramer from the beginning and I felt very disappointed. It was the worst over-the-counter service that didn't even listen to customers.

o	ota otas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外国籍だと思われる女性店員さんのことだと思うのですが、他の方もおっしゃっているように接客レベルがとても低いです。相談したいことも時にあるのですが、そういうことを受け入れる雰囲気がまったくありません。反対側の商店街にあるチェーン2店もむず痒いので、地元に根付いていると思われるこちらのお店に期待して半年ほど使ってみましたがダメでした。無人焼売店も出来たくらいですので、鵜ノ木にもそういう無人受付が出来るクリーニング店があればといいと思います。接客に期待すると疲れるので、むしろその方が楽だと今のご時世は感じます。 I think it's a female clerk who seems to be a foreign national, but as other people have said, the level of customer service is very low.
