つ	つくばデポ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子ども向けの書籍が充実しています。大学関係者以外でも利用可能です。元図書館情報大学ということで、情報関係だけでなく、子ども向けの、いわゆる絵本も充実している図書館です。超最新の絵本があるわけでもありませんが、そこそこ充実している図書館なので、子どもが小さいときには良く使わせてもらいました。大学の図書館というと閉架式（司書さんに書名を告げて取ってきてもらう方式）が多いらしいのですが、ここは筑波大学の中央図書館と同じく、基本開架式で多くの本を自分で直接手に取ってみられます。子どもといったときは夏休みだったためか来訪者も少なく、空いているセミナー室（子ども向けおもちゃもある部屋）を貸し出してもらえました。このような対応がいつでも行われているのかは不明ですが、司書さんには色々親切に対応していただけました。 There are many books for children.
