明治時代の紡績業の名残を残す貴重な遺産で2007年に「近代化産業遺産」に選定。
耐震工事に多額の費用がかかり財政の厳しいと尼崎市の協力も得られず解体が決まったそう。
以前は週一回の見学が出来ていたけれど現在は見学も中止で、門は閉鎖のまま。
敷地の北東には綺麗なお社もあった。
とても保存状態がよく昔の良き時代の名残を感じる建物。
取り壊しは残念ですが、煉瓦造りの二階建ての建物は本当に立派でした。

I used to be able to visit once a week, but now the tour is canceled and the gate remains closed.
There was also a beautiful company in the northeast of the site.
A building that is very well preserved and feels the remnants of the good old days.
It's a shame to demolish it, but the brick two-story building was really good.

日本建築学会近畿支部が保存を要望していますが、ユニチカの業績はよくなく、尼崎市も財政難で保存は難しそうです。
日本建築学会がクラウドファンディングを呼びかければ少しは援助したいと思いますが。
せめて解体前に一般公開をしてください。

本当に立派で素晴らしい建物です
以前にも見学に来て
毎週水曜に公開していると聞き
再度訪れるも
