ぐ	ぐりとぐら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗が広く店内が見やすい。スタッフが常にお客さんの方を向いて商品を整えている。気配りが感じられて好感度倍増。しかし、セルフレジに慣れてないお客さんも多く、いつもレジが混雑している。レジに並ぶ列の長さに驚いて商品を買わずに店を出たこともある。もう少し世間一般の多くの年代の方にセルフレジがキチンと認知されるまでは、土日祭日などは普段よりも沢山のスタッフをレジ専属で配置して『混んでいても、スタッフの誘導でスムーズに買い物ができる』と安心できるようなればいいと思います。 The store is large and the inside is easy to see. The staff always faces the customer and prepares the products. Attentiveness is felt and the favorability is doubled. However, there are many customers who are not accustomed to self-checkout, and the checkout is always crowded. I was surprised at the length of the lines at the cash register and sometimes left the store without buying any products. Until the self-checkout is recognized by many people of all ages, more staff will be assigned to the cashier on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
