★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年福知山にオープンしたらしいおしゃれっぽいカフェに行ってみたら、予想以上に都会的で洗練されたオシャレ空間でちょっとびっくり。渋谷原宿間にあってもいいくらい。
残念ながら楽しみにしていたマフィンが売り切れだったので、ちょっと甘いのにしようとキャラメリゼラテというのにしてみた。勝手にキャラメルマキアートのようなものをイメージしていたのだけれど、甘いのは表面のキャラメリゼだけで、ラテ自体は全く甘くなくてしっかりコーヒーが味わえるものでとても美味しかった。1杯で2度美味しいといった感じ。

I had imagined something like caramel macchiato without permission, but the only sweetness was the caramelize on the surface, and the latte itself was not sweet at all and I could taste coffee firmly and it was very delicious. It feels like one cup is delicious twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おいしいコーヒーが飲めると、福知山で人気のコーヒーショップ。店名の「アンバースデー」は「なんでもない日おめでとう」という意味が込められている。
コンクリートのグレーとヴィンテージのブラウンなどの色味に、観葉植物やスワッグが映えてとてもおしゃれだ。一見無機質だが温かみが感じられて、居心地が良い。
ハンドドリップのコーヒーをメインに、カフェラテや抹茶ラテなどが味わえわる。また店主が作るマフィンが人気で、早い時は1、2時間で完売するほどだ。どれもおいしく、幸せなカフェタイムが過ごせる。
店主は気さくでフレンドリーなので、おいしいコーヒーと共に会話も楽しんでほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スペースは小さいですが、おしゃれで居心地の良いカフェでした。チョコバナナマフィンにホイップクリームをつけてくれて、とても美味しかったです。次はほうじ茶ラテをいただきに再訪したいと思います。
お店の前にも駐車場がありましたが、裏のハンバーガーのお店と併設された大きめの駐車場もあります。私は間違えて裏のハンバーガー屋さんに入ってしまったので注意が必要ですが、そちらも美味しそうでした。

ここから車で2-30分走らせたところの焙煎所の豆を使用しているらしい。店の名前覚えてる方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください?
