母の誕生日にランチで初来店しました! 上ひつまぶしをいただきました(^^) 母も美味しいと喜んでくれたのでよかったです! とても美味しかったし、店内もすごくオシャレで雰囲気良かったです!

サンデーご褒美ランチ☆合わせ重 久し振りにお休みの朝から名古屋で所用を済ませて、予約してあった、うな和さんでサンデーご褒美ランチ☆ 開店して30分というのに、既に先客有りで中々の賑わい♪ ビルの1階に有りますが、ユニモールの地下出口からも近く、手頃な個室や半個室も有り、使い勝手が良さげなのが人気の理由でしょうか☆ 取り敢えず席だけ予約の為、朝から電車で向かう時にひつまぶしにしようかと思っていたら、店内のメニュー見て、鰻の長焼きとひつまぶしが両方楽しめるメニューを見たら、どっちを食べるか悩んでいたのが、一気に解消でオーダー☆ ◯合わせ重  ¥3850 しばらくすると、お漬物が提供されます♪ お代わり自由との事で、早速頂きます(´∀`) 白菜と胡瓜の漬物で、さっぱりと美味しい♪ テーブルに置いていかれた出汁醤油をかけると、少し塩気が強くなるので、私はそのまま食べる方が好みでした(-。-; 流石に漬物を食べ続けるのもアレなので少し休んでいるところに、鰻の登場です♪ オーダーしてから10分で着丼w 人気店故、昼始まりは、どんどん鰻焼いてる感でお待たせしませんね♪ 先ずは長焼きを頬張ると、カリッと焼かれた鰻で歯応えも良いのですが、少し小骨が多めに感じたのは、焼きの火力と時間の関係でしょうか(-。-; 合わせ重の良いところで、早々にひつまぶしゾーンから茶碗へよそって食べると、良い感じに鰻のさっくり感有り、一気にそのまま一杯食べて、2杯目には一気にまぶしのラスボスの出汁を掛けてうまうまw お重に残った長焼きとご飯を食べると、最早、ひつまぶしの口になってたので、残りのご飯と長焼き鰻も茶碗へよそい、残りの出汁と長焼きの追いダレを少々追加して、長焼きinひつまぶし風で完食(´∀`)♪ 薬味の山葵が結構効いていたので、卓上に有った山椒を掛けるのも忘れて完食してしまいましたが、まあ美味しかったから無問題ですね♪ 久し振りに日曜日の朝早くから用事を済ました後の鰻を食べた後は晴れ晴れした気分でしたが、外の余りの暑さに早々に地下へ避難しました(-。-; ご馳走さまでしたm(__)m

夜に来訪。特上鰻重と白焼き、相方の鰻と刺身の定食、その他細かい注文も含め1万6000円程度でした。 味は普通としか言えません。 都会の店舗なので、田舎(三河)の店や浜松の専門店と比べるといけないのかもしれませんが、 うなぎの身はそんなに厚くなく、ふっくら度もそれなり、身自体の味もそれほど引き立って無く、接客も比較的高単価の店なのにちょっといいファミレスと同程度レベルでとても値段に見合った店とは思えませんでした。 ただ、あつた蓬莱軒を始めとした名古屋の鰻有名店は、軒並み接客が筆舌し難い最低レベルの為、 そういった店に行くよりは綺麗な店内とボチボチの接客で、それなりに満足して食べれるのでは無いかと思います。 食事は雰囲気大事ですよね。 あ!お漬物は非常に美味しかったです!

名古屋にて初ひつまぶし体験です。 でも普通のうなぎも食べたいので鰻1匹を使ったひつまぶしと蒲焼きの上あわせ重を頂きました。 鰻の食感が口に入れた瞬間さくっとそしてふわふわの身はすぐになくなりました。娘も「こんな美味しい鰻は初めて♥️」と絶賛。漬物と吸い物+だし汁がついて2人で約1万円でお釣がくる位。 でもお値段に見合う位に美味しかったです。
