レ	レモンポテト on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の管理をちゃんと出来ないので、予約できても当日に行ったら受講拒否されました。お断りのメールをしたと言われましたが、そもそも予約出来るほうがおかしいと思います。大体ヤフーのメールなんて毎回チェックしてないし、メールの返事がなければ電話するとかしないと、折角行ったのに、受講できませんってなるやん！としか思えません。 I couldn't manage my reservation properly, so even if I could make a reservation, I was refused to attend if I went on the day. I was told that I sent a refusal email, but I think it would be strange to be able to make a reservation in the first place. I don't check Yahoo's emails every time, and if I don't get a reply from the emails, I have to call or I'll be able to attend even though I went there! I can only think of it.

さ	さなさんさなさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が気に入っている所はやはり少人数制と言う所です。ヨガは正しいポーズをとらないと効果がないと聞いていましたがウミールは本当にひとりひとりをきちんと見て下さって足の指の向きから目線、膝の角度などとても細かく指導して頂けます。お陰で歳を重ねるごとに出来なくなる事が多い中、前は出来なかった事が出来るようになる感覚！これは本当に嬉しいです。先生方も自分の事のように喜んでくれます(^^) 筋力はだんだん減って行くのが普通だと思っていたけど減らさないようにこれからも楽しんで通いたいなぁと思います。 What I like is the small group system. I've heard that yoga isn't effective unless you take the correct pose, but Umir really looks at each and every one of you, and you can teach them in great detail, such as the direction of your toes, your eyes, and the angle of your knees. Thanks to that, as I get older, I often can't do it, but I feel like I can do things I couldn't do before! This is really nice. The teachers will be happy like you (* ^^ *) I thought it was normal for my muscle strength to gradually decrease, but I would like to continue to enjoy myself so that I will not lose it.
