★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 組合員だと、農業機械を持ち込めば口座引き落としで気軽に修理をしてもらえます。その場でちょこちょこっと調整して、タダで直していただけることさえあります。
でもこの前は、20年ものの共立の草刈り機のワイヤーの調子がおかしいので持ち込んで、修理費用が高額なら買い換えも考えたいので一応修理費用の連絡下さいと言っていたのに、勝手に修理され部品代1万円引き落とされて修理報告書のようなものが郵送されてきました。使ってみましたが、機械の老朽化もあってか、すぐまたワイヤーが効かなくなり、結局すぐ買い換えることになりました。
ＪＡは親切で気軽な良い点と、ちゃんと聞いていない、伝わらない、なあなあでやってしまうというような悪い点があります。
今思えば「修理代が5000円以上かかるなら買い換えるので、必ず連絡して下さい。その場合は修理も引き落としも絶対にしないでください。」というくらい明確に申込書に書いて、控えも取っておくべきだったと反省しました。
