★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店のしきりは有りません。テーブルは通路両側に有りますので、買い物客が横切っていきます。抹茶アイスコーン３３０円を頼んだら、袋に入ったお手拭きを渡されました。片手では袋は開けれますか？スプーンを刺してくれてたので私は無理だと諦めて手を拭かずに頂きました(^o^)美味しかったです。
 There is not a store of shops. The table is on both sides of the aisle so shoppers will cross it. After asking for matcha ice corn 330 yen, I gave you a hand wiped in a bag. Can one open the bag with one hand? I got it because I stabbed a spoon and gave up and wiped my hands (^ o ^) It was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst cafe restaurant I ever been to. The staff weren’t welcoming at all, as a new customer they don’t direct you if you need to order or get seated first. Waited for staff to come over but they didn’t so we went for a seat, but then got told off to take the menu and order first in a rude way.
Not sure why they were so unhappy about, it wasn’t busy in store as well. If you’re after customer service sorry they don’t do that there.
Let’s talk about the drinks, we order 2 matcha latte, it was bland and felt like it was done in a whatever way. Definitely the worst matcha I have ever had in Osaka and Tokyo.
Would not recommended this place even though the location is very closed to the entrance.

Serves variety of matcha and vanilla soft cream desserts and drinks. Usually not crowded. Ideal for taking a break in adjacent seating while shopping in the area.
