m	m3 m3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社会人として未熟な教師が複数います。子どもに「あんた！」「アホか！」「死ね！」などの暴言、恫喝をする教師が複数います。子どもは去年も今年もこのような教師(別の人物)にあたりました。二人とも現在も低学年の担任をしています。学年主任や他の先生も見てみぬふりらしくて、子どもが怖がり萎縮してしまっています。うちの子どもは直接被害はありませんが、他のお子さんが怒らたり恫喝されているのを見て先生が怖くなり、わからないことも質問できなかったと話していました。とても可哀想でした。また他の学年でもそのような教師がいると保護者同士で耳にします。一般企業でもパワハラ、アンガーマネジメントについて厳しく言われているこの時代にこれでは…。教師としての資質という前に社会人として未熟なのではないでしょうか？ There are several inexperienced teachers as members of society.
