石	石丸しゃらぁー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県の施設として、イベントなどを行う際は利用価値がありそうです。設備等もそこそこ揃っており、ホールも綺麗です? その他の施設、図書館などはそこまで充実していない感じもしますが、生涯学習としては十分かと✋ 駐車場が施設裏手で少し距離があり、階段が結構急なこと、舗装されてないため、雨の日はぬかるみが出来ることから、生涯施設としては、もう少し考えてほしいと思います。但し、お年寄りや障害がある方に関しては、事前に施設に連絡すれば、施設内の駐車場にも停めれるとのことです✋ As a prefecture facility, it seems to be useful when holding events.
