富	富田沙也佳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約時やアパートの更新など向こうがお金を請求する時はキッチリしていて対応も早いが、退去する時は対応も態度も悪く、退去から3ヶ月経ってやっと連絡が来た。なかなか連絡が来ないので、こちらから3回程連絡をしたがその度に「大家に確認します」と言って、ずっと連絡が来なかった。散々待たされた挙げ句、壁紙直しをしたと言って敷金は返ってこなかった。月の途中で退去したので先払いの家賃の払い戻しがあるはずが、そのお金も壁紙直しに使ったと返ってこず。こちらはタバコも吸わないし、故意に汚したりもしていない。元々築年数も古く綺麗とは言えないアパートだったし、借りた時から汚れやシミもあったので普通は大家が負担だと思う。退去してからすぐに貸し出しをしていたので本当に直したのか怪しい所。絶対におすすめ出来ない不動産屋。もう二度と利用する事はない。追記　その後どこを直したのか大家と柳田不動産立ち会いで実際に現場に行って話し合いましょうという事になったのに、大家が忙しいと理由をつけて逃げました。アパートを見に行くと、やはり壁紙も直しておりませんでした。本当にいい加減な大家だし、きちんと把握や管理の出来ていない適当な不動産屋。 When I made a contract or renewed my apartment, when I was billed over there, I was quick and responsive, but when I moved out, my response and attitude were bad, and I finally got in touch with me three months after moving out.
