B	BIRD LAND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客と夜景は本当に最高でした。しかし料理は想像の域を出ることはなく、至って普通でした。前菜はどれも普通で、サラダはどこかのランチに付いてくるようなもので特別感もなく。温野菜につける生クリームとゴボウのソースも最初は美味しいのですが食べ進めていくと段々重くなって来ます。更にステーキソースにも生クリーム仕立てのソースがあり、信濃牛のステーキには合わないように思いました(しかし、ポン酢もあります) 信濃牛のステーキは、熱々のステーキ鉄板皿にもやしを敷いて、肉はカットされて運ばれて来るので全体に焼き過ぎ感が。肉が柔らかいので決して硬くはならないですが、ミディアムレアが好きな私には少し残念でした。少し厳しくなってしまいましたが、トータルで考えると素晴らしい景色と離れの個室で非日常感を味わえて良い思い出となりました。 ※要予約で、全員でコースを同じにしたほうが良いようです。予約の電話の際に、コースをバラバラで注文をしたところ、出来れば２種類くらいで揃えて欲しいとの事でした。 The customer service and the night view were really great.
