★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般レジと免税一般混在レジがあった。最初は一般と混在レジで1列に並んでいたが、アジア系の外国人の爆買い客のおかげで並んでいる人がどんどん増え、見かねた店員が一般レジを1つ増やして3つになった。それでも外国人と店員の意思疎通が出来ていないためか、かなり時間がかかり、それから10分近く並んでいてあと2人というところで店員が「一般会計はこちらに並んでください！」と、一般列を新たに作り出した。今まで並んでいたのを無視してイチから並ばせだした。さすがにおかしいだろうと抗議をしたが「並び直してくださいすみません」の一点張りで聞く耳をもたなかった。キチンと整列している客を存外に扱う最低な店だ。外国人客が多いのは前からわかっていることなのに、なぜこのような対応しか出来ないのか？
日本人を相手に出来ないのであれば、この店は外国人だけ相手に商売してたらいい。二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のマツキヨです。洗濯洗剤は一通り揃っていますが、スキンケアや洗髪剤等の美容製品が充実してます。たまに柔軟剤や洗濯洗剤が店頭で安くなってることあり、免税レジもあるので韓国人多めです。特に21時ごろは訪日客の多い時間帯なので店員さんもかなり大変そう。行くなら20時過ぎまでが吉。
