★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上原集落の道路側溝水路の片方側に水が勢いよく流れています。
「上原公民館」はその水路に沿った側に二階建ての純日本風な木造家屋として使用されています。
20200411 午後5時過ぎに上原集落を上の方から歩いて入りました。
入口には江戸期天保に建てられた大人の背丈以上の大きな(永代常夜燈)があります。
集落の真ん中を少し過ぎた辺りでこれまた大きな石地蔵があります。
赤色の布前垂れをした地蔵様がたくさんの色とりどりの真新しい供養花にご満悦です。この様子に目を奪われて地蔵様が背にしていた家屋が「上原公民館」と知りました。
この地蔵様の様子といい、公民館の黒色板壁の佇まいといい、上原にお住みの方々の御様子がわかるようです。
上原周辺は元来の河岸段丘の地形が圃場整備により一段と豊穣の土地になりました。地形から命名された集落名がこの辺りに多いのも頷けます。
「上原公民館」は豊穣の地の真ん中付近に位置しています。

20200411 I walked into the Uehara village from above at 5 pm.
At the entrance, there is a large (eternal night light) built in the Edo period Tenpo that is more than the height of an adult.
There is another large stone Jizo just past the center of the village.
Jizo with a red cloth hanging down is pleased with the many colorful new memorial flowers. I was fascinated by this situation and learned that the house that Jizo was behind was "Uehara Community Center".
It is said that this Jizo state is the appearance of the black plate wall of the public hall, and it seems that you can see the state of people living in Uehara.
The area around Uehara became more fertile due to the original landform of the river terraces. It is nod that there are many village names named from the topography around here.
“Uehara Community Center” is located near the middle of the fertile land.
