★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特殊な事情で検査（採血のみ）と医療照会書の作成をお願いしたところ、飛び込み初訪問での面倒な依頼にも関わらず行っていただけました。受付窓口の方々もとても丁寧かつ親切な対応で、他の近辺の病院＆クリニックでは窓口や電話で少し冷たく感じる対応で断られて困っていたところだったので大変ありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。
I asked for a test (only blood collection) and a medical inquiry form due to special circumstances, but I was able to do it despite the troublesome request at the first visit. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and kind, and I was very grateful that the other hospitals and clinics in the vicinity were so distressed that I felt a little cold at the counter and telephone. Thank you very much.
