理由は、この会社が出したプランだと法令違反になるからです。
契約後、何度もダメではないかと確認するも無視。
最終的には、多額の設計料を請求され、もめました。
最終的には普通より高額な土地の調査費用のみ支払いしました。
桑原という設計上がりの店長は最悪でした。
