高齢者の方が多く地域密着型という気がします。
 It's in front of the station, so it feels like it's a little popular.

It's hard to evaluate whether it's good or bad for tenant stores to change quite a bit. Isn't it a shame that the main stores on the floor with the access road to the station are clothing?

アタクシは通院のために駐車場をお借りしているだけですが、テナントの並びも宜しいです。
最近じゃ少なくなった本屋もあるので、うん。
悪くない。星４つ(￣ー￣)
Kawachi Matsubara is Yumenity.
Atakushi only rents a parking lot for going to the hospital, but the lineup of tenants is also nice.
There are some bookstores that have decreased recently, so yeah.

Very convenient because it is directly connected to the station. It's easy to shop. It is okay for children and the elderly.

それに近鉄南大阪線の松原駅から出口を出て左側を歩くと見えてきます。
歩いてすぐなので分かりやすいと思います。
ケンタッキーもあり本屋と小さいけど靴やもあります。
時々は物産展も開催されたりと便利なショップです。
Most of them are available from daily necessities to groceries.
You can also see it by taking the exit from Matsubara Station on the Kintetsu-Minami Osaka Line and walking on the left side.
I think it's easy to understand because it's just a short walk away.
There is also Kentucky, which is small as a bookstore, but there are also shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆめニティまつばらには、お気に入りのスーパー近商、うどん早割のひさ家があり、気にいってます。三菱UFJ銀行に郵便局もあります。ケンタッキーフライドチキンもあります。
河内松原駅からすぐの立地で便利です。
1階スギ薬局がセブンパーク天美に引っ越して、跡地にマツキヨがオープンしてます。が、時々電波障害で1階ではインターネットが使用出来ない場合があります。
Yumenity Matsubara has my favorite supermarket Kinsho, Udon Early Bird Hisaya, and I like it. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ also has a post office. There is also Kentucky fried chicken.
Conveniently located just off Kawachi Matsubara Station.
Sugi Pharmacy on the 1st floor has moved to Seven Park Amami, and Matsukiyo has opened on the site. However, sometimes the internet cannot be used on the 1st floor due to radio interference.
