外の休憩所では柄の悪いパートのおばさんが大勢タバコを吸っており外からも印象がよくない。
自分はアニメのキーホルダーなどを包んでいくラインだったが、
作業説明の時点で、
勝手に違う奴入れないでよ！？みたく、いちいち喧嘩腰な言い方である。
わたなべ？とかいうパートのおばさんがイキって言いたい放題で、ねえーあんたもうちょっと早くやってくんない？など初対面にも関わらず失礼な言い方をしてくる。
他の先輩にやり方を聞いていると、自分の悪口を言われていると勘違いして割り込んできたり、頭がおかしかった。
そんな感じで職場の雰囲気は最悪。また、
入り口に張ってある張り紙がひどい。言いたいことがあったら物に当たらず直接言うこと、勤務中はおしゃべりをしないこと、など低レベルにも程がある。
誰でもできる仕事は、低レベルな人間の掃き溜めになるのですね。
お陰さまで、正社員としてまともな仕事に就くぞ！と就活に奮起させられました。
このセンターほど従業員の人間性が酷い場所はかつてないので、
今の会社で多少辛いことがあっても、
皆に感謝しながら働けています。当たり前の環境が、従業員のモラルの上に成り立っていることに、気づかせてくれてありがとうございます。
