★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デザインの応募対象は田中氏のようなプロのデザイナーも含まれていると同時に、小さな子供、主婦といった素人層も含まれる。いわゆる「公募」である。
必然的に、報酬もプロに支払う程の豊かなものではない。そこに納得できないなら田中氏は応募しなければ良い。シンプルな話だと思う。
わいが思うに、デザインを考え提案する過程、結果に対する報酬が充分ではないと考え田中氏は声をあげたのではないかと。
しかし、今回の件の応募方法の手軽さや、報酬の具合だったりを兼ねると了承できる人だけ応募すれば良いのではないか？
例えば、草野球チームに年棒1億円で私と契約して入団させろと言ってもお門違いも甚だしいだろう。素人も参加する公募で、プロのデザイナーが「報酬が低い！侮辱だ！」と喚くのは中々滑稽ではないか？
同意した他100名程の自称デザイナーの方々も一考すべきでしょうな～(´・ω・)つ旦

However, it may be good to apply only to the person who can agree that the application method for this matter is simple and the condition of the reward.
For example, even if you ask the grass baseball team to sign up with me for 100 million yen a year, it would be a big surprise. Isn't it fun for professional designers to call out that "Reward is low! It's jealous!"
