★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内メニューは定食系だが、素材が良いのかワンランク上の値段設定だ。
中でも特筆すべきは、数年前から大阪以外でも『串カツ』が流行り出したが、開店当時か？は分からないが、早期より『串カツ』料理を取扱っていた点だ。
前述したが、いわゆる大衆居酒屋と比べるとやや値が張るが、その分、落ち着いた雰囲気の店内で食事を楽しむことが出来ると思います。
 The in-store menu is a set meal, but the price is higher than that because the ingredients are good.
Of particular note is that "Kushikatsu" has been popular outside of Osaka for several years, but was it when the store opened? I don't know, but I was dealing with "Kushikatsu" dishes from an early stage.
As mentioned above, it is a little more expensive than the so-called popular izakaya, but I think you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere.

混雑している中、丁寧な対応をして頂けました。
２人で6000円程でしたが、揚げたてを食べられるのは良いですね。
また利用したいです。

私は評価3以下はほぼ付けませんが、間違いなく評価1ですね。
率直に言って料理、サービス共に驚く程に質が悪いです。
先にビールをお持ちすると言われたが、全く出て来ず、、、
同じ料理を頼んでも、程提供時間が異なる。定食はご飯おかわり自由(一杯)との事なのでおかわりをしても出て来ず、15分経過した所で再度言ったら”お椀を頂かないと”と。
何故書いて提示なり、先に言えないのでしょうか？
海鮮ちらし丼セットのご飯の量はお子様ランチレベルで、醤油すら無し。
デザートに付いてるメロンは皮オンリーと思える程硬くて、甘さは皆無。畑で取れても親戚に配るレベル以下。
トイレの壁はカビ？かは分からないが大変汚れていて、床は何故か水が撒き散らしてあります。今時公園でももう少し綺麗な所はあるのではないでしょうか？
和食処とよく名乗れるなと感じました。
値段は高くないにしろ、安くはないレベルでファストフード以下の料理、サービスで本当に驚きました。
逆に騙されたと思って行って欲しいレベルでした。

Is the wall of the toilet moldy? I don't know, but it's very dirty and the floor is somehow sprinkled with water. Isn't there a more beautiful place in the park nowadays?
I felt that I could often call myself a Japanese restaurant.
Although the price is not high, I was really surprised at the food and service below fast food at a level that is not cheap.
On the contrary, it was a level that I wanted you to go because you thought you were deceived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 椎茸は他の野菜に変えて欲しいと最初に言って野菜フライ定食を年配女性店員に注文しました。届いた定食には椎茸が入っていたので店員さんを呼ぶと若い男性店員が来てくれました。椎茸じゃないのにして欲しいと伝えたのですがと私が言うとすみませんと言って奥にいきました。いつ別の串フライを持ってきてくれるのかとずっと待っているうちに食べ終わってしまったので、最初に注文を持ってくれた女性店員に椎茸が入っていた旨を伝えると謝罪の一言もありませんでした。謝罪どころか何も話さないので、代わりの串フライを持ってきて欲しいとこちらからお願いしました。しかし全然来ないし食べ終わってしばらく経ってお腹が一杯になったこともありそのままお会計しました。家族でよく行く店でしたが私はしばらく行きたくないです。店員が入れ替わった頃にまた利用させてもらいます。

注文を聞きにきた男性が、復唱せずスタスタと退場…ちょっと不安かな(汗)。
定食セットを頼んでデザートにパイナップルがついていたが、固い。
これなら無理につけてくれなくていいレベル。
揚げ物も特段美味しい訳でもなく、並かな。
１番問題なのは接客の姿勢。
会計のため呼び出しベルを押して「少々お待ち下さい」と私と顔を見合せて言ったので、何回も鳴らすとイヤらしいので黙って待つ…3分は待っただろうか。
これでメシ時に空いてる理由がわかった。
料理の良し悪しだけでなく、サービスまで含めた対価を我々は支払っている。
料理が特別まずかった訳ではないけど、この件で★1にした。
従業員の接客意識レベルの改善に期待する。

お正月の大混雑のなかでも思ったより早く出来上がってきました。
串はどれも美味しい。
６本じゃちょっと物足りないかなと思っていましたが、食べ終わってみれば十分なボリューム。
カニのお味噌汁やお上品な小鉢もあり、この辺りはさすがに懐石を出しているお店だなーと感じました。
