★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大一製菓の商品を購入したところ、味に違和感があり、交換してもらおうと電話したところ、味についてこちらが嘘をついているかのような対応でびっくりしました。賞味期限内だからと言う理由なのか謝罪の言葉も一切無く、新しい商品を送りますと言ったにも関わらず名前や連絡先を聞かれることもなかった。仕方ないので送り状の記載を見てくださいと言うと、そうしますとの返事でした。メーカーなのにお客様に対して対応の悪さに驚いた。もう、二度とこの会社の商品は食べたくないと思う程でした。
 When I purchased a product from Daiichi Confectionery, I felt something was wrong with the taste, and when I called to have it replaced, I was surprised at how it seemed to be lying about the taste. I didn't apologize for the reason that it was within the expiration date, and even though I said that I would send a new product, I was not asked for my name or contact information. I couldn't help it, so I asked him to look at the invoice, and he said he would do so. Even though it was a manufacturer, I was surprised at the poor response to customers. I never wanted to eat this company's products again.
