何回も行ったりきたりで大変な思いをしました。

丁寧です。
退去時の検査は結構細かいところまでチェックされます。
追記 再検査と言われた場合は、その場所を明確にして、スマホ等で撮影しておくことをオススメします。
再検査の時に大丈夫だった所を指摘されないためです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅に、引っ越してみたら修繕するところが多すぎて県営に問い合わせしても、酷い対応の有様。
ドアの修繕をしたほうが良いと親切に教えてくれた業者さんがいまして、県庁にお願いしますと伝えても古いので出来ませんと言われたので、向かいのお家は修繕したとのことですがと伝えても、何だか煮えきらない様子で対応が本当に酷かった。ろくに謝罪も貰えなかった。

There was a contractor who kindly told me that it was better to repair the door, and even if I told the prefectural office to ask, I was told that I could not do it because it was old, so I heard that the house opposite was repaired. 基本一家に一台の車契約ですが違法駐車が多発してます。夜の車の出入りが気になり何度か苦情を言いに行きましたが「駐車場管理組合にお願いしてあるので、そちらに行って下さい」と言われました。そこが機能していないから言いに行ったのに…。「最近一向に改善されないがどうなっているか？」と書類を受け取るついでに言いに行ったら、住んでいる地区の市営住宅担当者（民生委員みたいなもの？）が来て「今度なにかあったら自分に言いに来て下さい」と言う話になってた。市営住宅の違法駐車なのに、行政管理の丸投げの丸投げで、呆れ果てる。弱い立場には高圧的に出て、強く言われれば弱腰になる。やったもの勝ちの運営方針である。お金に余裕があれば、サッサと出て行きたい。
