真	真下タク on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家の購入で土地の件で相談しに伺いました。結構高齢のおじいちゃん1人でやっています。ここの不動産はお客の自分達の話は一切聞こうともしないで余り物の土地しかオススメしてきません。自分達の好みの場所や地名や形、価格帯、坪数を伝えても意味がありませんでした。新しい土地が出てきたら連絡すると言っても一切連絡してこようとすらしません。他の不動産にも同条件で土地を相談していたので半年近く不動産や自分達で探したりしていましたがこちらの金山地所は何も仕事をやろうともしませんでした。また後日、相談等で伺った時にはもうメモ紙やペンすら何も用意せずただただボーッと座ってるだけで回答も一言のみ。無いですね〜。わかりませんね〜。いいですね〜。など本当によくこれで会社をやっていけてるなと思います。土地の資料を見せて欲しいなど伝えても、こないだ見ましたよね？あんな感じです。とすぐ後ろに資料があるのにも関わらず動こうともしませんでした。この日以来、他の相談していた不動産さん屋さんにこれからはお世話になることにしました。金山地所の酷いやる気の無い対応について会話しましたが他の不動産さん屋さん2店舗とも金山地所さんのそうゆう話はよく聞くと言っておられました。自分達と同じような思いや時間の無駄にもならないよう不動産探しや家、アパート、賃貸、土地探しをしている方はここの金山地所だけは本当に辞めた方がいいです！ We talked about the land about buying a house. 黒	黒神悠弥 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパート借りているが、洗濯干場のちょうど真上の屋根に鳥の巣（下からはよく見えないが、鳥の糞や羽、声、巣の材料が落ちてる等で確実にできている）ができてしまい洗濯が干せないので電話をかけて取ってもらうよう依頼をした。それから２週間、なにも音沙汰が無かったので直接伺いにいったら、もう随分前に撤去してあるとのこと。依頼の電話したときに撤去したら連絡をすると言ってくれていたので、それを追求したら、連絡ミスを棚にあげて撤去してやったんだから感謝しろという一点張り。そのあげくにこんなこともできないのかと説教までしてきた。自分で撤去もできたが建物に傷をつけかねないので撤去を頼み、２週間部屋干しで過ごしていた自分がバカみたいだ。なぜこんな人が不動産の取締役をやっているのだろうか。もう次は絶対に更新しません。皆さんもこういうことには気を付けてください。本当は星もあげたくないぐらいの評価です。 I rent an apartment, but there is a bird nest on the roof just above the washing and drying area (it can not be seen from below, but it is surely made of bird droppings, feathers, voice, nest material etc.) I couldn't wash it and couldn't dry it, so I called and asked her to pick me up.
