★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姥神近辺からの熊野岳 熊野岳登頂後戻る時は飛ばされそうな強風と足元しか見えないホワイトアウトで焦りましたが登山道に連なる杭のおかげで単独遭難しないで済みました。感謝！感謝！
 Mt. Kumano from around Ubagami: When I returned after climbing Mt. Kumano, I was rushed by the strong wind that could be blown and the whiteout where I could see only my feet, but I was able to avoid an accident alone because of the piles that connect the mountain trails. Thanks! Thanks!

蔵王温泉街からの登山道と、地蔵山方面への登山道の分岐。
朝はここから温泉街と反対側に雲海が見えること多し。
There are many strong winds.
A branch of the mountain trail from Zao Onsen town and the mountain trail toward Jizouyama.
In the morning, you can often see the sea of clouds on the opposite side of the hot spring town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地蔵山山頂駅までロープウェイを利用すれば楽ですが、ロープウェイ樹氷高原駅からいろは沼経由で登り、熊野岳を目指しました（2013年8月）。途中笹の仮払いが行われていなくて藪っぽい箇所もあり、結構汗をかかされましたが、樹林帯を抜け視界が開けてこの稜線が見えた喜びは大きかったです。
It is easy to use the ropeway to Jizouyama Sancho Station, but I climbed from Ropeway Jumei Kogen Station via Iroha Swamp and aimed at Kumanodake (August 2013). On the way, there were some areas where the bamboo was not temporarily paid and it looked like a bush, and I was sweating quite a bit, but it was a great pleasure to see this ridgeline through the forest zone and my eyes open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when I been to this place I didn't find the statuette. maybe it covered by snow. its deep winter and we step through deep snow toward the mountain. I heard in this area mostly the weather is cloudy and strong winds. I am happy because the weather extremely good.
