チラシには食事制限はナイと書いてありますが、そんなわけなく。
朝は果物だけ、昼は自由にといいますが玄米と野菜にしろと言われ、夜はキャベツしか食べてはいけないと指導されます
この食事だとそりゃ痩せますよね
そして、そんな食生活が続くわけないので見事にリバウンドしました
インディバが効果あるかどうか正直わかりません
スタッフの皆さんはいい感じのかたですし、少しトラブルがあった時も誠意ある対応をしてくださいました
