★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、tacチップの部署で3年間お世話になった者です。作業工程、上下一般研削機担当で配属されました。チップの型番覚えと寸法等で種類があり苦労しました。
DLの砥石、長い間使っていると汚れがチップに付着して黒皮めくりと言う不良品になってしまい商品が駄目になってしまいます。その為にドレスと言う研磨剤を使って砥石を綺麗な状態に戻します。
工程の順番が違ったり多々あり、作業しやすいように社内で提案出しあったり2交代、3交代勤務しやすかったです。ブラスト（B）処理、Ｓ処理等は濃度を測りコーティングする作業で結構バタバタ、ラインに追われます。月末には月次点検等で機械のセンサーが反応する程度メディアの汚れの清掃を行っていました。パレットごとにチップの位置が登録してあったので元の位置の数字を変えないで作業していました。作業報告としてリーダーに報告して検討した方が効率よく仕事の流れがつかみやすかったです。
以前と違って建物が追加されたのでこれから社会で多様性でグローバルな人材と向き合って頑張って下さい。
同僚に仕事こなして子育てしてた夫婦いましたけどプライベートとうまく付き合えない会社だと思います。

I had a couple who worked for a colleague and raised children, but I think it's a company where I can't get along well with my private life.
