★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 2018 and 2019, and returned to Tokyo in 2019 also because of this shop. It’s the best of the Tully‘s I have visited in Tokyo, mainly because of the friendly staff and the nice location. They were very friendly and helpful for to me because I don’t speak/read much Japanese but tried my best at it. Thanks for your patience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a Tully’s spot. Food is as expected. Drinks are as good as one would want from a quick stop and eat for breakfast. I like it, and I always like stopping by to get something. Employees are cool and it is an easy and affordable place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't find a large selection for breakfast. Might be better suited for lunch or a quick coffee and snack to go but none the less the food we had was good as was the coffee. Has a very Starbucks feel to the place, I can see it getting very crowded very quickly, however we did manage to get a seat for breakfast. Free wifi is also available

Not to their blame, but the place is temporary closed due to face-lifting for earthquake safety enhancement, thus no coffee I could get to today. Will reopen on 20th March.
One Day April '21 A star added.
I've finally got a seat and table here in this Tully's and the renovated floor is pretty spacious probably thanks to the new COVID-19 spacing standards. The coffee here is, as always, tastes better than her cheaper contenders like Velo or Dot, with more convincingly coffee bean aroma.
