This Tullys is popular on Rokko Island because the quality is good, and because it is not overrun by university students sitting there for hours on computers, you can usually get a seat even during lunchtime.

From just after mid-day it is in shade so even in summer you can relax outside and enjoy the fresh air. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, they also speak a good level of English which is very helpful for overseas visitors. The coffee is well made and tastes good. Making for a very enjoyable and relaxing experience here. Especially if you sit by the window, or outside on a warm day. Downside is the lack of electrical power outlets. So if you are working on a laptop, charge it fully before coming otherwise you could be leaving early feeling a little frustrated. On the whole a great cafe, especially if you are taking time to relax.
