★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in Japan 2 years and this is my first time in a Tully's. Atmosphere reminds me of a Starbucks in the states, but with more food options. Nice for a quick bite on the go (since it's located at Hiroshima station) or for a breather before heading back out for the day.

Many seating options, however the service could be greatly improved: slow and clumsy service. A smile never hurt anyone too!
