If you are looking for just coffee place near palace hotel, this would be good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Tully's new Flat White. Nice, but at 500 yen way too much for a latte. But I still prefer Tully's latte to Starbucks. I liked this Tully's. It was comfortable had good service and available seats. I will come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tully’s coffee was near from our hotel so we went there to have a nice breakfast. The taste of the coffee was very poor... we had to add sugar on it to drink it and the pancakes were also awful... they had no taste at all. Also the staff don’t speak english so it was complicated to order and they had a mistake on our order. I don’t recomend this place.
