★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DIYの知識が無くて行ったのですが、ビックリするくらい丁寧な接客をしてくれます。過去、ホームセンターでは売り物の場所くらいしか教えてくれず作りたい物の相談なんて出来る気配すらありませんでした。
また、ワークスペースをレンタルできると言うコトで、機械や道具を買うこと無く棚を作って持ち帰ることが出来ました。DIY、楽しい！
I went there without any knowledge of DIY, but they are surprisingly polite. In the past, the home center only told me where to sell, and I didn't even feel like I could talk about what I wanted to make.
Also, because I could rent a workspace, I was able to make a shelf and take it home without buying machines or tools. DIY, fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワークスペースを利用しました。以前は相談がしやすかったのですが、知識のない方しか出てきませんでした。私が質問をするたび、裏へ質問へ行くという伝言ゲームのよう。スペースは時間制なので、待ってる時間が勿体無く感じます。最後は掃除をすることも説明がなく、間際でこちらから聞きました。そのため4分過ぎてしまい、延長料金を請求されました。スペース代を支払うのに木材持ち込み代がかかるのもなんだなぁと思います。
I used the workspace. It used to be easy to consult, but only people without knowledge came out. It's like a phone game where every time I ask a question, I go to the back. Since the space is a time system, I feel that the waiting time is wasteful. At the end, there was no explanation about cleaning, so I heard from here just before. As a result, four minutes passed and I was charged an extension fee. I think it costs a lot to bring in wood to pay for the space.
