何と言っても、そばは食べ放題！
何枚食べても食べ放題！
そばは美味しいです。 細麺で食べやすいし、そばつゆも俺好みで美味しいです。
つゆ、やくみもお代わり出来ます。
土日祝は混むと思いますので平日がいいと思います。
営業時間は昼の間しかやっていませんので
注意して下さい。

お代わりしたそばなどを載せました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食券を購入するスタイルのお店でした。食券を店員さんに渡し 席に案内されました。
お水・そば茶・くず湯は セルフでした。
暖かい鴨汁が付いた 一匠庵セットを頂きました。
鴨汁もそばつゆも濃いめの味付けで そばが進みます。
鴨汁は具だくさんで、ネギ・きくらげ・ゴボウ・しいたけ もちろん 鴨肉が入っていて とても 美味しかったです！
蕎麦も美味しく あっという間に完食。
店員さんにおかわりを進めてもらい お願いしました。
ラストオーダーギリギリに おじゃましたのに 親切丁寧な対応をして頂き 嬉しかったです！
It was a style shop to buy meal tickets. I handed the meal ticket to the clerk and was guided to the seat.

I received a set of Ichishoan with warm duck juice.
Both duck soup and soba soup are seasoned with a strong flavor, and the soba goes on.
The duck soup was full of ingredients, and of course it contained green onions, wood ear, burdock, and shiitake mushrooms, and it was very delicious!
The soba is delicious and you can eat it in no time.
I asked the clerk to proceed with the refill.
I was glad that you gave me a kind and polite response even though I was at the last order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ※私は『そば湯＞＞そば』の人です。そば単体だと☆5でもよかった。ただそば湯が好みのトロみでなかったため下がってます。
鴨そばを注文。温かく美味しかった。
蕎麦はもちろん、付けつゆもおかわり自由(追加料金ナシ)なので、お腹いっぱい食べられた。
(つゆおかわりはもちろん具材入り)
細麺で、蕎麦粉十割なので歯応えがとても愉しめます。
寒い中行ったので温つゆにつけて食べましたが、熱での歯応えの変化も知れましたし、口内の香りの広がりも異なってます。
ただ、そば湯が給茶器から供給されるため、『トロみのあるそば湯が好き』な人には向きません。
そば味のお湯というような感想です。
トロみと味が弱いです。
美味しいそば湯ならリッターで飲むほどのそば湯好きですが、進みませんでした。
ので、麺のおかわりがさらに進みました。

I went there in the cold, so I dipped it in warm soup and ate it, but the change in the texture due to heat was also known, and the spread of the scent in the mouth was also different.
However, since soba hot water is supplied from the tea dispenser, it is not suitable for people who "like soba hot water with a tortoise".
It feels like soba-flavored hot water.
Toro and taste are weak.
I like soba hot water so much that I drink it with a liter, but I didn't go on.
So, the refilling of noodles has progressed further.

12:40に到着。
すでに満席で順番待ちのシートに記入すると店員さんからポケベル?みたいのが渡されます。
そしたらクルマなど好きな場所でまちます。
７組待ちで13:30に呼び出しされ中へ。
スリッパに履き替えたら玄関わきの食券機でオーダーになります。
この時はクレカは使えませんでしたが、電子マネーは一部対応してました。
素敵な店内はコロナ対策の換気設備もバッチリ。
そばの味も良かったです。(他のかたのクチコミ参照してね)
食べ終わったお盆はセルフでカウンターに戻してくださいとのこと。(各席に案内あり)
待った分も帳消しになるおいしいお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一匠庵セットは鴨蕎麦と天ざるが一度に楽しめるお得なセットでした。
天ぷらは米粉で揚げてありサクッとしています、鴨汁は甘味があり美味しかった。
蕎麦は十割の細麺で おかわりも出来ます。
蕎麦も素晴らしいが店員さんの気遣いが素晴らしい蕎麦屋さんでした。
The Isshoan set was a great value set where you can enjoy duck soba and Tenzaru at the same time.
The tempura was fried in rice flour and crispy, and the duck soup was sweet and delicious.
Soba can be refilled with 100% thin noodles.
The soba was wonderful, but the clerk was very considerate of the soba restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家風のお店に入ると、中は清潔感とゆとりのあるカウンター席になってます。
従業員の皆さんは若々しく爽やかでしっかりと接客してました。
いただいたのは 天盛りそばです。
十割そばの細打ち(！)で、鰹節系のつゆも好みの味、濃さだったので 美味しくいただきました。また、食べ放題というのも驚きでした。
そば茶、そば湯がセルフってのもいいですね。好きなときに取りに行けばいいんだから。
天麩羅盛合せも種類が多く食べごたえがありました。
まぁ私的には、油と温度と揚げ時間、蒸し時間がちょっと好みに合いませんでしたが。
衣は比較的 薄めでカリッと仕上げてありましたが、中のタネが思ったほど熱が通ってない感じでした。
ほんと、天麩羅を揚げるのって難しいですよね。

蕎麦、見た目、天ぷら、味、接客、店内の清潔さで満点?
古民家風の店構えで中は靴脱いで上がる感じ、食券を自販機で買う、お茶、水、蕎麦湯はセルフ。
そんなに待たずに提供されるし、蕎麦は細麺だけどコシが有り、天ぷらはカリッと揚がってて盛付けもキレイ、小鉢と漬け物も付いて、それでいて蕎麦のお代わり無料でエンドレス?（そんなには食べれないけどね?）
コスパも良い‼️
接客も笑顔で丁寧で終始気持ち良く食事して帰りも又来たいと思うお店でした?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山の中で穴場を発見しました。嬉しい十割蕎麦食べ放題、店員さんのホスピタリティ、お店の清潔感、コロナ対策、全てが最高でした。カウンター席に座り、外の景色を眺めながらボーッと蕎麦を食べると心身共に癒されました。
近くの梅団地の景色も観たいので、梅の花が満開になるころまた行きます！ご馳走様でした。
