★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイトウとか言う店員の対応が最悪。仕事早く済ませたいのは良いんだけど会計並んでもいないし、手に持ってるDVDを奪うように取るのは気に入らない。接客としてそれはありえない。
 Correspondence of shop assistants such as Saito is the worst. It's good to get things done early, but I don't have any accounting, and I don't like taking the DVDs I have. That is not possible as a customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗としては小規模だが、天井近くまで所狭しとレンタル品が並べられていて、数はあると思う。最近どこもそうなのかわからないが、レンタルCDは扱わなくなった様である。
Although it is a small store as a store, the rental items are lined up close to the ceiling and I think there are numbers. I do not know where it is, but rental CD seems to be no longer treated.

また所々に段差がある為、棚の上ばかり見ていると躓く事があります。
The shelves are high and the passages are narrow.
Also, because there are steps in some places, you may stumble if you look only on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取り扱いはDVDとブルーレイのレンタルのみで音楽CDのレンタルは現在行われておりません。広い店舗ではありませんが、品数はそれなりにあります。古い建物を改築して営業しておりますので耐震性に難ありと思われます。
We only rent DVDs and Blu-rays, and we do not currently rent music CDs. It's not a large store, but the number of items is reasonable. Since the old building has been renovated and is operating, it seems that there is a problem with earthquake resistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔の職場だった所。(会社は違うが……「リバティハウス」)VHSがDVDに変わりかなりの在庫になっていたのには驚いた。隣の本屋さんも買い占めてDVDの置き場になっているのにも驚いた。さすがTSUTAYA。CDは昔のアーティストのはそのまま引き継いでいるのもあり、分数を書いたシールが昔自分が書いたものがあって嬉しかった！また、最後教えた後輩が働いていたのも嬉しかった。のもあるがスタッフの対応は良い。
2018年06月現在、CDレンタル店舗は、保険会社の店舗に変わった。
Where it used to be. (Although the company is different... "Liberty House") I was surprised that VHS had changed to DVD and was in stock. I was also surprised that the bookstore next door bought it and was used as a DVD store. As expected TSUTAYA. Since the CDs have been taken over as they were from old artists, I was happy that there was a sticker that wrote the fractions that I wrote before! Also, I was glad that the junior who taught at the end was working. There are some, but the staff's response is good.
As of June 2018, CD rental stores have changed to insurance company stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＤＶＤ一枚足りないと言われ8000円採られた。受付のババアに注意してください。中古のＤＶＤを欲しいとは全く思いません。受付のババアに2回目だぜ。以後違う受付の人に変更しました。
It was said that one DVD was not enough and 8,000 yen was taken. Please pay attention to the receptionist Baba. I don't want a used DVD at all. It's the second time for Baba at the reception. After that, I changed to a different receptionist.
