★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文具、本、ゲーム、レンタルビデオ、菓子、雑貨、玩具といろいろ売っている小規模なTSUTAYAです。いたって普通なんですが、文具に関しては狭いのに品揃え豊富な印象です。子供の宿題の半紙がどこにも売ってなくてダメもとで覗いたらありました。玩具は品揃えが偏っており、ほぼ定価で陳列を続けたあげくワゴン行きといった感じで存続が心配になります。町の文具屋さんとしてありがたい存在です。
It is a small TSUTAYA that sells stationery, books, games, rental videos, sweets, miscellaneous goods, toys and so on. It's quite normal, but the stationery is small, but I get the impression that it has a wide selection. There was a calligraphy of my child's homework that wasn't sold anywhere and I had a peek at it. 新宿の自宅からサーフィンの帰り、子供の本を購入するため、寄りました。
都内には無い癒し感があり、本当に落ち着く雰囲気の本屋さんです。
また寄りたいと思います。

「TSUTAYA神栖店」と「すばる書店神栖店」の口コミです。
店舗入口の上に謎の恐竜のオブジェがインパクトを放っています。
「TSUTAYA」は店舗自体は、それほど広くはないのですが、ソフトがよく整理されており、ところ狭しと中々の数がおかれていました。個人的にアニメや韓流が多いイメージでした。レンタル以外にもゲーム類やカード類、玩具類が少し置かれていました。
「すばる書店」もTSUTAYA同様で、ところ狭しと商品がならべられています。それほど本の種類や数は多くはないイメージです。メジャーな物を揃えている感じでしょうか。
また、文房具を中心としたキャラクター雑貨が充実しており、個人的に、周辺の店では貴重に感じます。
お菓子類も少し置かれていて、ついでに見てしまいます。
通路は店舗の広さ事情もあり、結構狭いです。そのため雑誌類の場所には、立ち読み客が多くいるため通りにくいです。
出入口付近には、ガチャガチャが少し置かれています。
駐車場は、共同で車の数はあまり多くおけませんが、回せるだけの広さはありました。
