★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TSUTAYAプレミアムを利用していますが、返却は自分で手続きしなくても返却後すぐに手続きをしてもらえるボックスが用意されているので助かります。駄菓子屋のようなスペースもあり子供も店内を楽しんでいます。店員さんはとても親切でした。
 I am using TSUTAYA Premium, but it is helpful because there is a box where you can return it immediately after returning it, even if you do not have to do it yourself. There is also a space like a candy store, and children are enjoying the inside of the store. The clerk was very kind.

The DVD disc I borrowed had some scratches and could not be played, so I had the scratches repaired.

I have been using it for many years, and the staff are polite and I have no trouble when choosing a book or DVD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用しています。プレミアムの返却で処理が遅くてセルフレジで料金がかかって、結局窓口で対応してもらうことがあります。返却したときのベルにあまり意味がないと思うことが時折あります。女性スタッフの中に冷たい対応する人がいます。男性スタッフですごく丁寧な人がいます。同じ対応をしてほしいです。
I always use it. Due to the return of the premium, the processing is slow and there is a charge at the self-checkout, and in the end you may be asked to handle it at the counter. Sometimes I don't think the bell when I return it makes much sense. Some of the female staff are cold-hearted. There is a very polite male staff member. I want you to do the same.

駐車場が有料になったので、時間潰しなど、気軽に利用出来なくなったのが残念です。
The store sells not only books and DVDs, but also miscellaneous goods and stationery, so it's fun just to look at them.
It's a pity that the parking lot has been charged, so it's no longer easy to use, such as killing time.
