レンタルの方のレジ横にゲームセンターへの通り道があります。
品揃えは良い方かな？（ゲ●より品揃えは良いですが、値段は高め。）
本やCDは欲しいものがある時は予約した方が良いです。店頭在庫はそれぞれ少ない印象でした。

Is the product lineup good? (The product lineup is better than Ge ●, but the price is higher.)
If you have something you want, you should reserve a book or CD. I had the impression that the store inventory was low.

I've been using TSUTAYA in Tokyo for 35 years, but the Hanamaki store is also very good. The store is large and there are plenty of new books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さん、退勤帰宅時に店内で他の店員さんに「お先に失礼しますー」と言いながら歩きスマホ。
周りのお客様に何度もぶつかりそうになり、お客様のほうが避けたり通路を譲ったりという…。
勤務時間外でもありえないのでは。
レンタルレジにいる背の高いほうの小太りの女性店員さんの対応が最悪。
「レジ袋不要です」と言ったのに、レジ袋つけてそのまま上乗せ会計。
再度「レジ袋不要」と伝えると、顔色が一気にイラっとなり、ほぼ無口に。
「ありがとうございました」等もなにも言わないので、会計が終わったことも分からない程の最悪な対応でした。
The clerk walks while saying "I'm sorry to go first" to other clerk in the store when I leave work and go home.

The response of the taller and fat female clerk at the rental cash register is the worst.

I didn't say anything like "Thank you", so it was the worst response that I couldn't even tell that the accounting was over.
