初めての人や高齢者には、店員が説明してくれると嬉しい。

DVDをレンタルする際に
セルフレジのところにレンタルバッグが用意されてなかったので、仕方なくそのまま持ち帰り、一週間後に返したら、
レンタルバッグはどうしたかと難癖をつけられました。
呆れつつ、「そもそもなかったんですが」
と言ったら、「後ろにあるので、そちらからお願いしますね。」
と言われました。
なぜセルフレジのところにレンタルバッグを置かないんですか?
不便だと理解する能力がありませんか?
あとお客さんに失礼な態度を取って
すみませんの一言くらい言えないのか?
そもそも、セルフレジのところにレンタルバッグを用意していない彼等の落ち度だし、お客さんに対しての態度がなってないです。
あなた達はお客さんにわかるように説明できてないんです。
お客さんに対して偉そうな態度を取るのはそもそもどうかと思うけど、基本ができてから人にものを言ってほしいです。
