セルフレジが導入されたおかげで並ばずにすむし、簡単で便利です。
場所が分からない時に店員さんに聞くとすぐに案内してくれるのでとても頼りになります。
I often use TSUTAYA here when renting DVDs and CDs.

1冊で借りると110円ですが10冊で借りると総額660円とリーズナブルなお値段になるので大人借りがオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内暗すぎ空気悪すぎ、店員挨拶無しの愛想無し、不潔過ぎる汚れた本、駐車場はただ広いだけで荒んだアスファルト舗装、おまけに、入りずらい、出ずらいでイイトコロ1つもない！！
TSUTAYAは他にいくらでもある。
この店舗の前の道路すら通りたくないから、2度と行く事は無い！そんな店舗。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の態度が悪い。挨拶も接客も何一つ良いところがない。わからない事聞いてもスマホで調べれば分かるでしょ？的な対応。近くだから仕方なく行くけど、ほんとどうにかしてほしい。口コミとかきちんと見て改善すべき。
