★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １階が書店で2階がレンタルコミックで３階がレンタルDVDで売場が別れていて品数も豊富に取り揃えて有ります。駐車場も広くて便利です。
 The first floor is a bookstore, the second floor is a rental comic, the third floor is a rental DVD, and the sales floor is separated, and there are plenty of items. The parking lot is large and convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場も狭くなったし販売のCDが極端に少なくなった。西宮の薬師町は販売すらない。時代かも知れないが今まで利用出来ていた事が無くなってくるのは困ったもんです。
The parking lot has become smaller and the number of CDs for sale has become extremely small. Yakushicho in Nishinomiya does not even sell. It may be an era, but it's a problem that things that haven't been available until now are gone.

The downside for foreigners is that movies rarely have English subtitles or soundtracks, so you can't usually watch any Japanese movies or anime unless you're extremely good at Japanese.
