H	H K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔感のある素敵な店内、なのですが。カウンター越しに見ていた感じ、サイフォン抽出に関しては基礎を押さえられていないように見受けられました。加熱し始めから抽出完了までずっと強火で、火力調整をしない。深煎りの豆でもガス抜きの動きがない。抽出時間を計っておらず、抽出中の珈琲を放って提供に出ている。第2撹拌後も火に掛け続け、更にひと煮立ちさせている……？もしかしたら私の知らない新機軸の技法で、抽出時間は体感でバッチリなのかも知れませんが、出て来た珈琲は雑味を凝縮させた粉っぽい味と、私には感じられました。香りや味わいから珈琲豆は良い質のものを使っていると思います。 It's a nice store with a very calm atmosphere and a sense of cleanliness. y	ym R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の14:00ごろにお邪魔しました。家具屋のような雰囲気で、開放感があり、窓も大きく明るすぎるくらいで最初は落ち着かなかったです。お客さんが増えてくると会話も増えてきて馴染んできました。客層は40〜50代くらいの女性が多いイメージでした。店内には本がたくさんありました。店員さんはオーナー(?)の男性1人で、優しく、おちゃめな店員さんでした?ただ、ほぼ満席となると忙しくお会計に少し時間がかかってしまいました。いただいたチーズケーキは重くなくて食べやすかったですが、少し大きかったです。メニューを渡していただく時に「本日のデザートはチーズケーキです。」と説明を受けたので、デザートは1種類だけかもしれないです。 2022/1に再訪同じく土曜日の昼時でした。表に出ていたメニューでトーストが美味しそうだったので入店しましたが、席についてからフードメニューはデザートのプリンしかないと説明されました。 I visited you around 14:00 on Saturday.
