o	oink oink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何故頼りにならないか。 ①法的拘束力がない（これはまだ仕方がない） ②知識が一切ない。交渉力も予備知識も法律知識もゼロの素人がテーブルにつく。 ③そして相手方と交渉するのは、その素人である電話先の人。こちらから商品知識（はまだしも）、該当法律を教えてあげなければならない。 ④相手方が応答しない場合はどうにもできない。つまり自分で相手にメール、連絡する以上のことはできない。専門知識は調べられる人間なら自分でやったほうがマシというレベル。消費者契約法すら知らない。契約とは何かについてすらわかってない。これでは解決するはずがない。つまり時間と労力の無駄。人によっては通話代も無駄。派遣を雇うにしてもせめて法学部卒の人間を雇ってくれ。学部で聞きかじった知識未満の交渉力ゼロの人間に期待するものなどない。税金の無駄遣いとはまさにこのこと。 Why can't you rely on it? ① Not legally binding (this can't be helped yet) ② I have no knowledge. An amateur with zero bargaining power, prior knowledge, or legal knowledge is at the table. ③ And it is the person on the phone who is the amateur who negotiates with the other party. From here, I have to tell you the product knowledge (Hamada) and the applicable law. ④ If the other party does not respond, nothing can be done. In other words, you can't do anything more than email and contact the other person yourself. If you are a person who can check your specialized knowledge, it is better to do it yourself. I don't even know the Consumer Contract Law. I don't even know what a contract is. This cannot be solved. In other words, it is a waste of time and effort. Call charges are useless for some people. Even if you hire a dispatched laborer, at least hire a person who has a bachelor's degree in law. There is nothing to expect from a person with zero bargaining power that is less than the knowledge that he has heard in the faculty. This is exactly what tax waste is.
