店頭での対応はとても良く、要望にも応えてもらい満足でした
しかし、恐らく連携してる整備工場が良くないのか、納車した次の日にバッテリー不良で動かなくなってしまいました、、、
残量も全くなく、納車時分を充電したのではないかと思われます
診断器を使用しての点検をしたとのことでしたが
更にそこからオルタネーターやスパークプラグの異常も見つかり、補償外だった為全て自己負担での修理となりました
外車(特にBMW.MINI)を購入する際には保証内容や整備状況はしっかりと確認しておいた方がいいと思います
