★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戸倉上山田温泉の外湯めぐりで入浴しました。バリアフリーで湯船はひとつです。源泉かけ流しなので、硫黄臭もあり湯あたりも柔らかく良かったです。ここは休憩所があり、ひと休みして再入浴可能と思いました。
 We took a bath at the Tokura Kamiyamada hot spring. Barrier-free and only one bath. It's a free flowing hot spring, so it has a sulfur odor and it's nice that the water is soft. There is a rest area here, and I thought that I could take a rest and take a bath again.

地元の人達も通う温泉施設です。
入浴料は350円と安い。シャンプーやボディソープは備え付けられていませんので要持ち込み。
新型コロナウイルスの影響で大広間のテーブルは間引かれて置かれていました。
温泉の泉質は単純硫黄泉。無職透明で僅かに硫黄の香りがします。
他の温泉に比べて湯船が浅めに作られています。
しっかり温まった後は風呂上がりのコーヒー牛乳。入り口に地物野菜がびっくりするほどの安さで販売されています。
気持ちの良い温泉でした。

地元の方の大声のおしゃべりが耳障りでした。
お湯はほのかに硫黄の香りがするいいお湯です。
露天風呂はありません。
シャンプーの類いもありません。
脱衣場にロッカーあります。100円戻る方式。
ドライヤーは２つありましたが、セロテープで簡易的に貼って修理(補強?)が施されていて、３分20円。
お世辞にも綺麗とは言えず、とても手にする気になれなくて、濡れた髪のまま帰りました。
ドライヤーは綺麗なものを置いて下さると有難いのですが…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方に愛される公衆浴場。泉質は流石は千曲、硫黄の香りの源泉かけ流しです。もちろんシャワーもカランも温泉！休憩室も広々した和室、全開の網戸から爽やかな風が抜け、自然光の静かな中で寛げる。まるでおばあちゃんちに来たみたい。
すぐ目の前にバス停があり、つるの湯でバス回数券も購入できるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場?25台位広い、入館時体温チェックと記帳有り、利用料¥350(券売機お札は千円札のみ注意)、施設内通路のステンドグラスが綺麗で印象的、脱衣室鍵付き貴重品及びロッカー有り(100円戻り)コロナ禍休息室利用出来ませんでした。硫黄の香り漂う源泉かけ流し、浅い深さ50cm位の内湯1のみ、サウナ露天風呂無し、洗い場18、シャンプーボディソープ無し、ドレッサー2、ドライヤー有料(3分20円)泉質がとても良く長時間入浴するとのぼせます。地元の常連客が多く利用料にあった設備でしたがとても気持ちが良かったです。浴室や館内至る所に手すりがあり高齢者向きです。また近くに来たら立ち寄りたい
