s	shinji kano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???You can eat wild boar from Hiroshima prefecture (広島県産ジビエ猪食べられる) 【2020/11】県産の猪が食べられるお店。今回当日予約で来店したのですが鍋メニューは事前予約必要みたいです。北広島の美酒鍋や猪鍋食べたかったです… (突き出し一品づつ丁寧な味付けでした) 日本酒も種類多いです。最初の一杯は広島レモンをギュッと生搾りしたハイボール、ジビエ料理で県産猪の鉄板焼きで来ます (獣臭くないです) おろしポン酢ぶっかけで鉄板はだいぶんぬるくなっています。 (おろしポン酢はぶっかけ止めた方が良いのではぬるくなって鉄板で出す意味無くなってました) 後はタコ刺しとガンス軽く飲んで食べて2人で6,000円でした早めにメニューわかれば猪しゃぶしゃぶか美酒鍋注文していたのですが。 ???
