★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 摂津市で唯一のゴミ焼却処分場。細菌を利用した消臭効果が功を奏しているようです。市役所のすぐそばに焼却場があるのは全国的にも珍しく、通常は市の顔となる市役所からは離れた場所に建設するのが多いようです。摂津市の場合はもともと土地が少ない事と、この場所は川に囲まれた軟弱地盤で公的施設しか建設が適さなかった事が考えられます。
環境センターは建設されてから半世紀近く経とうとしており、見た目より老朽化が否めなくなっております。現在の焼却設備も旧式で、高熱処理の最新型設備を備えた新築構想がありますが、環境センターの建設より後に居住した近隣住人による施設自体の廃止という身勝手な目論見による反対で計画がストップしております。そんなワケでプラスチック等の高熱焼却処理を必要とする可燃ゴミは、隣の茨木市などに委託せざるを得ず摂津市の財政負担の一つになっております。負担分は反対するワガママ住人に納めてもらいたいです。

The current incineration facility is also old, and there is a new construction concept with the latest high-heat treatment equipment, but the plan was stopped due to a self-explanatory view of the abolishment of the facility itself by residents living after the construction of the environmental center We are Combustible trash that requires high-temperature incineration of plastics, etc., must be entrusted to the neighboring Ibaraki City, etc., which is one of the financial burdens of Settsu City. I would like the wagama mama residents to pay the share.
