ごはん、みそ汁おかわり出来ます。定食ですが良いですね。800円～1000円 、おさしみ定食に、ぶり大根付き 1000円。

入店は12時5分前で先客2組。
あれ？以前は満員で待たされる程でしたから先ずビックリしました。
結局、40分くらい滞在しました間に4組しかお客様がいらっしゃいました。
今回はお刺身定食と魚のフライ定食を注文しました。
お刺身の品数は多いが小ぶりになってしまいガッカリ…。フライは当然魚を売りにしていますので冷凍モノと違い中々ですがやはり小ぶり…それに野菜が大根ばかりでなんだ〜と思いましたね。
コロナで大変かと思いますが、やはり見た瞬間前との違いがありお客様は正直ですね。
そして何より駄目と思ったのが
ご飯がおいしくない！
魚（和食）を好みこちらを選択した人は当然ご飯の味はわかる方が多いはずです。

I think it's hard to do with corona, but the customer is honest because there is a difference from the moment before I saw it.
And what I thought was no good
The rice is not delicious!
Many people who like fish (Japanese food) and choose this one should understand the taste of rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とと屋やさんに、メニューにある､日本酒、青木酒造の鶴齢に付いて説明します、私わ18才から新潟県塩沢吉里に民宿富徳さんに、スキでお世話になりました。そこで飲んいた日本酒が鶴齢でした。越後湯沢駅2階おみやげ売り場の奥にポンシユカンが有ります。日本全国のお酒500円で10種類試飲が出来ます。後で店長さんに魚沼市で一番飲まれている日本酒わとお聞きしたら青木酒造の鶴齢ですとお聞きしました。地の人、久保田、八海山、その他有名な日本酒が有るが地元人わ皆さん鶴齢が飲まれている。鶴齢の酒造所わ小さく関東地域にわ余り見かけない。私わ毎年越後湯沢に7日位行来ます富徳さん、青木酒造さん必ずお伺いします。皆さんぜひ、鶴齢が飲めるお店とと屋さん、ぜひお店え。創業亭保ニ年です。
I would like to explain to Totoya-san about the age of sake and Aoki Sake Brewery on the menu. From the age of 18, I was taken care of by Mr. Tomitoku Minshuku in Yoshizato, Niigata Prefecture. The sake I drank there was Tsuruage. There is Ponshiyukan in the back of the souvenir shop on the 2nd floor of Echigo Yuzawa Station. You can sample 10 kinds of sake for 500 yen all over Japan. Later, when I asked the manager about the most drunk sake in Uonuma City, I heard that it was Aoki Sake Brewery's Tsuruage. There are local people, Kubota, Mt. Hakkai, and other famous sake, but all the locals are drinking Tsuruage. Tsuruage Sake Brewery is small and rarely found in the Kanto area. I will visit Echigo Yuzawa every year for about 7 days. I will definitely visit Mr. Tomitoku and Mr. Aoki Sake Brewery. Everyone, by all means, the shops and shops where you can drink Tsuruage. It is the year of the founding Tei Ho.

席はどうでも良いと諦め、仕方なく、予約サイトから予約してみたら、断られず、しっかり予約できました。
どうして、この様な事がおきるのでしょうか？ほんと、まいりました⤵️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が友人と訪れて、ランチを食べましたが、接客態度が悪かったそうです。
焼き魚のランチを二人前頼みましたが、焼き魚のランチと刺し身のランチが来たそうです。
注文違いを指摘すると、「すみません」の一言も無く、正しい物と交換するでも無く、ランチの焼き魚の1/3位のサイズの焼き魚を無言で置いて行ったそうです。
お会計も焼き魚のランチより高額な刺し身のランチの分を取られたそうです。
注文を間違えておいて、謝罪の言葉が無いなんて、客商売ではあり得ません!

入り口には非接触型アルコール消毒液が設置されており、テーブルにはアクリル板も設置してある
コロナ対策をしっかりされたお店様でした。
またこちらのお店様は市場から仕入れた美味しいお魚が食べられ、お刺身が特に美味しかったです！
お酒の種類も日本酒がとても豊富で
それ以外に鳥飼などの焼酎類も幅広くお取り揃えがありました✨
