★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣家の工事で来ていた所、我が家の屋根の破損に気付いて教えて頂き、梅雨入り前に修理する事が出来て助かりました。屋根の上は確認できないのでお願いした通り写メも撮って頂き安心出来ました。

結果、今回は最低限の補修工事でお願いしたのですが、こちらの事情をご理解いただき、嫌な顔もせず、おすすめはあっても、押し売り的なアピールは無かったのも高評価です。
また、不在時に工事をお願いしたので不安もありましたが、作業時に電話連絡や途中の画像を送っていただけたりしたので安心できました。
