来店予約をして列に並んでるのに、並ばずにスタッフに話しかけた人（来店予約はしている）を先に通したりして、モヤッとした。その後すぐに我々も通されたからその場で文句を言いはしなかったけど、普通は列の後ろに並ばせるよね。
I think the school bag is good, but the staff's response is a little doubtful.
Even though I made a reservation for a visit and lined up in a line, I was sick of passing the person who talked to the staff without lining up (I have a reservation for a visit) first. We didn't complain on the spot because we were passed right after that, but usually we're lined up behind the line.
