★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予防接種で何回かお世話になってますが、電話予約の仕方がとにかく不親切です。予約可能日が全く分からず、何回も電話する羽目になります。予約可能日は、ホームページにも載せておらずとにかく面倒くさいです。私のように、休みの日が限られている方にはお勧めしません。何故直接予約させてもらえないのでしょうか？診察自体は特に不満はありませんが、この予約の仕方を強制する為に、印象はかなり変わりました。
I've been taken care of by vaccination several times, but the way to make a phone reservation is just unfriendly. I don't know when I can make a reservation at all, and I end up calling many times. The reservation available date is not posted on the homepage, so it is troublesome anyway. Not recommended for people like me who have limited holidays. Why can't I make a reservation directly? I'm not particularly dissatisfied with the examination itself, but the impression has changed considerably due to the enforcement of this reservation method.
